Patch of Land attending SDCIA Expo 2016

October 5, 2016 Noell Hernandez

San Diego Creative Investors Association (SDCIA) is San Diego's oldest real estate investor club consisting of people with a wide range of real estate experience. Their members include professional brokers, agents, lenders, as well as a large group of unlicensed investors whose experience ranges from none to many years. The group is committed to providing networking, creativity, knowledge, and support to increase successful real estate investments.

This year, Patch of Land is excited to attend SDCIA's first annual investor expo as vendors to showcase how crowdfunding can help diversify investor's portfolios. We'll be there to expand more on becoming a national real estate investor and participate in the $2.3 trillion residential real estate investment asset class all through the power of crowdfunding. Earning up to 12% APR with only a minimum of $5000 investment per loan while rebuilding communities across the nation while putting Americans back to work.

This event is a great opportunity for first time or seasoned investors as SDCIA will be providing members and guests cutting-edge education, information, first class speakers, and networking. Make sure to register for the event here. We hope to see you there!

Event Details:
Tuesday, October 11th
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
